Vanguard Windows introduces our exclusive
Omega 12™ Glass System that will save consumers more money and achieve higher performance levels than other types of Low-E Glass windows on the market today. Omega 12™ reflects the heat from your furnace back into your home in the wintertime, blocks out the heat from the sun in the summertime, and filters out damaging Ultraviolet Rays that cause fading of furniture, carpet and wall coverings. Omega 12™ Glass System provides the highest levels of year round comfort and energy savings, making it the best choice for replacement windows.

Saves in the Wintertime
During the cold weather, the insulating effect of your windows has a direct impact on how comfortable your rooms feel. The better insulated the window glass; the warmer your home will feel. Omega 12™ reflects the heat from your furnace back into your home which saves you money on your heating costs.

The Energy Loss Rate chart shows the percentage of heat from your furnace that is lost through certain types of window glass. The lower the loss rate the more efficient the window.

SunSmart Glass System
A 7/8" over-all triple-glazed glass unit made up of one pane of Ultra-U Plus glass, one center sound absorbing pane of glass and one pane of SunClean Self-Cleaning Glass. Complete with the XLEdge spacers and two chambers filled with high density argon gas.

Simulated Divided Lights
Sunrise's Simulated Divided Lites feature a traditional profi le grid on both the interior and exterior panes of the insulated glass, as well as a spacer between the panes to give your windows a classic design. The profi le grids are color coordinated on both the inside and outside to match the color of your window or door.

Blinds and Shades

SunBlinds®
Blinds sealed between the panes of glass, are available in five distinct slat colors: Silver, Sandstone, White, Gold and Almond. SunBlinds® are available in either Lift and Tilt or Tilt Only styles. SunBlinds® are available in Casements, Picture windows, Bays, Bows and Sliding Patio Doors. Tilt Only SunBlinds® are also available in Double Hungs and Sliding windows

SunShades®
Available in five distinct colors — Fawn, Almond, Charcoal, Taupe and Gray. SunShades are a Vanguard exclusive. Actually sealed between the panes of glass, these maintenance-free pleated shades offer style with the privacy you desire. SunShades are available for Casements, Pictures, Bays, Bows and Sliding doors.

Operators
Magnetically controlled operators are used on all Tilt Only SunBlinds®.

Magnetic operators and cords are used on both Lift and Tilt SunBlinds® and SunShades®.
